So let’s get together and do some cooking! We’ll cook a Gluten and Casein Free meal as well as some yummy GFCF baked goods. Along the way I’ll give you lots of tips on how to make cooking from scratch easy and practical.

The GFCF Kitchen – Starter Kit
You may be someone who really likes to try out recipes from scratch. But these new ingredients required for GFCF food preparation may be unfamiliar to you.
So I’ve put together a starter kit to help you get your kitchen organized.
The starter kit includes a lot of the dry ingredients you’ll need for the recipes I’ve provided you with. Most are organic and all are high quality Gluten and Casein Free products.
An additional option is to have these items delivered in reusable, labeled containers ready to pop into your cupboard. Just give me your cupboard dimensions and I’ll be sure they fit!
