  • Easy to use Grocery List for the grocery store you like to shop at
  • Reference List for Additives, Preservatives, Dyes and Flavours
  • Easy to read information regarding the diet and how to transition your child
  • Easy to use Progress Charts so you can document your child’s improvements
  • Samples of Apples to Oranges Baking Mixes
  • A follow-up visit to see how you’re doing and answer any questions or concerns

Customized Package

This is where you tell me what you need! Perhaps I haven’t addressed your needs in the In Home Consultation Package. So let me know what you need help with and I’ll put that together for you.

  • Have you got started with the GFCF Diet already and need help fully integrating it into your life?
  • Do you need tips with time management, meal plans and grocery lists to help your daily schedule run more smoothly?
  • Do you need help with an easy method of tracking your child’s progress while on the GFCF Diet?
  • Does your child have other developmental disorders such as ADD/ADHD and you need help eliminating preservatives, dyes and additives?
  • Do you need some help at the grocery store and figuring out what all these different Gluten/Casein Free products are and which ones are best?

Let’s Cook Together!

Cooking from scratch is something that has gone by the wayside with our busy lives. So many people aren’t sure where to start.

If you’re one of those people then Let’s Cook Together! I’ll show you how easy cooking from scratch can be. It just takes a little planning and organization. But the small amount of time it takes is worth it to see the results in your child’s life.

This package includes

  • 1 or 2 visits to your home
  • In one visit we’ll cook a whole GFCF meal together
  • In another visit we’ll do some GFCF baking!
  • All ingredients are provided
  • Samples of Apples to Oranges Baking Mixes

Package Price – $99 to cook a meal

- $139 for one visit to cook and a second visit to bake
