The soy flour used in mixes is Organic Non-GMO Whole Soy Flour.
All oats and oat flour used in the mixes are pure, gluten-free oats. Oats themselves are gluten free and these are grown and processed in a dedicated gluten free facility. However, Canadian labelling laws only allow oats to be marked as “wheat-free”. In the US and other countries however, these same oats would be labelled as “gluten-free”. Canadian label laws are being reviewed and are expected to label pure oats as “gluten-free” in the future.
